At Lightning Golf Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags intact)
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, gloves and headcovers cannot be returned unless defective. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
