Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended):

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
- Best for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Gloves
- Headcovers
Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request:
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange. - Receive Authorization:
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. - Package Your Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. - Ship Your Return:
Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. - Processing:
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
