TaylorMade took the Milled Grind wedge and innovated it to make the Milled Grind 2. How so you say? Well TaylorMade wanted to give the golfer all the benefits of a Raw Finish when it comes to spin but give the club a more traditional look while expanding the lifespan of the club itself. They did this by only making the face of the club raw finished rather than the entire head as in the Milled Grind 1. Keeping with the Milled Grind sole as in the MG1 allowing for the club to and turf to interact amazing at contact.

Milled Grind 2 is truly a wedge that can help the player performance. With the raw face finsih this club proves to benefit more of a player in that these wedges have a life span but the spin and control benefits prove to be the performance boost needed.

RAW SPIN. RAW BEAUTY
The all-new Milled Grind 2 wedges combine precision-milling with Raw Face Technology designed for increased spin, precision and feel. While the face rusts over time, the rest of the head will maintain its original finish.

MILLED GRIND SOLE
The milling process maximizes consistency, maintaining tolerance levels difficult for a human to repeat. The result is a precisely crafted grind on each and every wedge that produces optimal turf interaction and consistent performance.

THICK-THIN HEAD DESIGN
By redistributing mass, we are able to optimize CG location for precise flight and enhanced feel.

TPU INSERT
The TPU Insert in the back cavity of the wedge is designed to provide vibration dampening, creating a solid, positive feel at impact.

TWO FINISH OPTIONS
Available in both matte black and satin chrome, this wedge is designed to suit the eye of any golfer’s style.
