All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, though orders already placed will be honored at the price stated at time of purchase.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which vary by country.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Report undelivered or damaged shipments within 3 business days of estimated delivery date. We’ll work with carriers to resolve issues.

2. Package item securely in original packaging
3. Ship to provided address using trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless our error)
